Updated app wont load

Ive been using previous versions of this app for a few years and its great. But this latest update wont load. Im using an iPhone 4 with IOS 6. Please investigate and fix it. I rely on this app as a full time RVer.
WELL????? Whats the deal? I havent heard a thing more for weeks now. Are you gonna fix it? I read that it doesnt work with iOS 7 either. A great app is now trash. How bout refunding my money!!!!!!
