Is Magellan still supporting this app?

Ever since last update app is not working properly. Last used in NYC in November, and now no matter where I am - it still thinks Im in New York. "Turn on GPS" show across top of screen -even though GPS function works with all other Apps.
PLEASE FIX!!!!
